Marigold canopies, mirror-work seating, low lounges, umbrellas and daylight styling for Mehendi. Bold stages, dance floors, immersive lighting and sound built for a full night of Sangeet.
We also arrange the people who make these evenings work — mehendi artists, makeup artists, dhol, folk performers, DJs and live acts — coordinated by the same team handling your décor, so nothing falls between vendors.

Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, corporate evenings and large family occasions.
Not every celebration is a wedding, and not every celebration needs the same scale. We design milestone birthdays, anniversary dinners, engagement ceremonies and corporate gatherings with the same care we bring to a three-day wedding.
With indoor banquet spaces and open lawns available at the venue, we can build for forty guests or for several thousand — and the design holds either way.

Entertainment & Artists
From live musicians and DJs to Bollywood performers and special appearances.
Entertainment is curated around the energy you want, not around who happens to be available. Live singers, dhol and folk troupes, choreographed performances, DJ and electronic sets, and artist appearances can all be arranged as part of your celebration.

Questions Families Ask Us
What does a celebration starting at ₹2 lakh include?
At entry level this covers elegant décor and complete setup for a single function — stage or mandap, entrance styling, seating décor and basic lighting. Catering, artists, additional functions and larger installations are quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak wedding season dates we recommend four to eight months ahead. Off-season and smaller functions can often be arranged with less notice — call us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you work at other venues?
Our primary work is at Ayatti by Caparo in Greater Noida, and we take on select celebrations at other venues across Delhi NCR. Tell us where you are planning and we will let you know.
Can we visit before deciding?
Yes, and we recommend it. A site visit is free, takes about an hour, and is the fastest way to understand what the space can become.
Do you handle catering and artists yourself?
We coordinate them as part of your celebration so you deal with one team rather than five vendors. Menus, tastings and artist bookings are all confirmed with you before anything is finalised.
What is the payment schedule?
An advance confirms your date, with the balance staged before the event. Everything is set out in writing in your quotation — no verbal arrangements.
